Ok, im 18 years old and just started working out like 4-5 months ago. I have definetely seen results, i used to way around 155ish now im about 174 which isnt that good still. I defintely have muscle you can see, but i want more, and fast. I am just wondering (and please only answer if you really know and arnt just going on what you think or what makes sense to you) any good bi/tri workouts as well as deltoids that can help me build muscle fast. Also, what kind of diets should i work on. Let me remind you, i am only 18, i dont have a job i just graduated high school so i cant go to the store and buy all these meals, i need an easy diet and good workout.
