And this is very true. I am a 14 year old teen, who knows what its like to feel what weight lifting should feel like, it should be hard, and slightly painful. My trainer, teaches me everything he knows, was a olympic body builder and told me, In order to be huge, you must feel pain. I weight lift 6 times a week, 1 hour -1 hour and 15 minutes every day, on each muscle group with the max ammount of weight I can do 10 times in a row. After I can go past 10, I must increase my weight by 5 pounds. Since I am in my last year of middle school, most kids in school try to act tough, and be talk tough. When I come by, no one talks big, or acts big because the simple truth is, they are not tough, and they are not big. Simple as that.
