everyone is looking for a ‘fast’ way toget ‘ripped’… there is no way you can get that ripped fast. It takes dedication and mental strength to push yourself through every single rep you do. You have to be determined to get stronger. I lift eveyday not just 3 or 4 days a weak but everyday of the weak. for an hour to two hours because i want it. i want to be there. and this goes with everything else in life. You have to be determined and want to be successful and success will come.

If you can’t do pull ups try doing negatives where you basically jump on the bar and keep your chin above the bar as long as you can or some gyms have weight assisted pull up machines

what sort of a diet would u recommend while on this workout plan?

devilzown11 February 11, 2012 at 5:02 pm

@kaa3164 two years tops. if i had more discipline i’d make a video series to prove that :D but i’m sort of lazy! I’ve just quit smoking, and started working out (3 weeks now, working out twice a week) and well, i already see great results (132 lb –> 141 lb with about 2/3rd of that being muscle mass gain). So imagine working out 4-5 days a week with 6 meals a day (i eat a lot, but not on a strict diet)

all of these exercises in one workout? Tell me who knows. You can train for this program or it’s incomplete?
