Question by Emm: fat loss??
how can i get rid of the fat in my thighs?? I’m only 14 but i want to get rid of the fat before i get older and its harder to loss. I’m not sure if eating healthy would do anything cuz i’ve tryed it before

You cant really lose weight in one specific area by dieting. Try to eat healthily and do cardiovascular excercise. A little strength exercise aimed at your thighs might help. Im sure your thighs are fine. Just concentrate on keeping healthy and fit.

i have found that squats REALLY work. but do them slowly and do 3 reps of 10…….. EVERY SECOND DAY
